Relish Wales Vol.3 is an award winner

We are proud to announce that Relish Wales Vol.3 has been shortlisted for a prestigious global publishing award 'The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards'. The awards showcase the finest cookbooks from around the world and Relish Wales Vol.3 was recognised as the UK's leading regional recipe book.

For Relish Publications this is a major achievement as the recipe book beat off stiff competition from a range of leading publishers to take the UK title, and will be one of two Relish Publications representing the UK at the global World Cookbook Fair which will be held in Yantai, China in May this year.

Duncan Peters, managing publisher at Relish Publications commented; 'We knew that Relish Wales Vol.3 had some outstanding chefs and great restaurants featured and felt that the range of recipes and signature dishes presented made for a great book.
