DiSC Profiling
Understand your communication style and your team's
Service Description
DISC opens the doorway to effective communication allowing you to modify your language and behaviour to manage people in any given environment. People respond better to people they like and understand. People are different but they are predictably different. If your style is predominantly ‘D’ you’ll possibly look at the bullet points, headings, short paragraphs! If you are an ‘I’ style you’ll notice the images, pictures and headings; if you are an ‘S’ style you’ll be worried about that the D’s and I’s might be offended and if you are ‘C’ in style you may want more detail and an email address to highlight any grammatical errors that you spot. Would you like to understand which style you are? Teresa has had extensive training and is certified at Level 2 to help explain what your profile means. The explanation is more important than the document itself. Being coached to achieve goals and learn more about yourself is recommended to maximise benefit for you. We send an email link to you with clear instructions. It will take 7 minutes to complete. Teresa will then meet with you to discuss and explain your 17-page document. This usually takes 90 minutes. (should you wish to extend this to your team at work or with family members- including a report for 8-12 year olds then we can blend these reports to create a combined report – we can tailor a bespoke package for this) Option B - £500 Initial Consultation with free coaching tools tailored to your needs 4 x 60 minute sessions OR 3 x 90 minute sessions 1 x DISC profile with a 90-minute explanation (see option A with details) Ongoing support and Motivation – a wealth of tools and techniques depending on your communication style!
