When we published our previous volume in the area three years ago, it was extremely well received as the Midlands has a proud and unique gastronomic reputation, with numerous hot spots. Now we have made a return, this third edition celebrates all corners of the region, from North to South and all the areas in between.
The region is such a diverse food scene, from cosy gastro pubs to refined fine dining, this latest compilation is set to be a spectacular addition to the Relish Series – and promises to be both a food lovers and cook’s delight.
