The latest book from Dipna Anand contains more than 50 recipes, including starters, sides, munchies, snacks, mains and desserts. In addition to the recipes, Dipna has included her own guide to spices and preparation tips to prepare authentic and fabulous dishes.
Dipna traces the roots of her family and the original restaurant The Brilliant in Southall to her new restaurant Dip in Brilliant, based in Chelsea. TV chef, leading light in the UK culinary sector and outstanding chef, we see the real Dipna and understand how she has become Brilliant.
