Relish Scotland 4th Edition a Real Treat

Relish Publications, the UK’s leading fine dining guide and recipe book publisher will be launching their latest offering ‘Relish Scotland – 4th Edition’ on Thursday December 6th 2018. It’s been three years since the last edition of the fine dining and restaurant guide in Scotland, and this edition has leading culinary light Geoffrey Smeddle introducing the new book.

Geoffrey Smeddle is renowned as a food writer and columnist, highlighting seasonal produce, and he champions the cause again in this edition. He has been a contributor to national publications and on television, including the BBC’s Great British Menu sharing experiences and recipes relating to regional ingredients. The book also features his restaurant The Peat Inn, based in Fife.

This edition of the book features 21 of Scotland’s finest restaurants including: 21212, The Adamson, Applecross Inn, Borough, Cail Brunch, Castle Terrace, Craig Milar @ 16 West End, Dalhousie Castle, Eat on the Green, Fhior, Kate’s of Inverurie, La Potiniere, Le Roi Fou, Mark Greenaway, Mhor 84, Monachyle Mhor, The Oystercatcher, The Peat Inn, Purslane, Toravaig House Hotel and Wedgwood the Restaurant.

This edition of Relish Scotland features the most diverse range of culinary styles and talents ever seen in Scotland, and Relish Scotland – 4th Edition demonstrates the vast array of successful restaurants with over 60 signature recipes featured in the new book.
