Waterstones Liverpool hosts an evening of culinary delight from one of its home grown talents as it welcomes Paul Askew - the celebrated chef and creative force behind one of Liverpool's finest restaurant's The Art School - to toast the publication of his first book "Onwards & Upwards - 40 Signature Recipes From The Art School Restaurant".
The book showcases the fine flavours that appear throughout the seasons. A celebration of great produce, of a sparkling culinary talent and sensational ingredients. Onwards and Upwards features 40 dishes from The Art School Restaurant that will dazzle and delight.
The evening starts at 18.30 and Paul will be talking about his inspirations, the recipes from the book and signing copies of the book.
