The debut book from acclaimed chef Paul Askew is available exclusively to pre-order from Relish Publications. Onwards and Upwards was the inspiration of Paul Askew and all 40 recipes come straight from his signature dishes served at The Art School, his award winning restaurant in the heart of Liverpool. 

 

The book is not available until early December, with Paul launching the book at Waterstones in his home city, but signed copies of the book are available for purchase from Relish Publications now.
