We are very proud to announce that Relish Publications cookery book, 'Perceptions' by Mark Greenaway has won the world's best chef cookery book for 2017 at the 22nd Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Yantai, China.
The prestigious awards took place on 28th May 2017 with the world's largest publishers and finest chefs in attendance. This global award beat off stiff competition from entries from all over the world with shortlisted titles from Singapore, Sweden, Poland, France and the UAE, in the final.
Commenting on the success of the book, Duncan Peters, managing publisher at Relish Publications commented; 'We knew straight away that Mark Greenaway had an amazing concept and outstanding culinary talent, which combined perfectly to help develop 'Perceptions'. Pulling this book together took a dedicated team effort and we are
