Relish Publications will be launching two new recipe books in the first quarter of 2017, with a return to the North West for a Second Helping and a brand new book covering Relish London.
Duncan Peters, managing publisher of Relish Publications announced the two new books and commented: ‘We normally reserve launches for one new book each quarter, but 2017 is already looking to be a fantastic year for us, and we have some great high profile chefs joining the Relish family.
Among the names featuring in the new books will be Paul Askew and Aiden Byrne in Relish North West Second Helping, which cements this book as the premier fine dining guide for the region. We are also delighted that Claude Bosi will be providing the forward and featuring in our first outing in London. Attracting the very best talent in the UK has always been part of our philosophy at Relish, and exciting line-up for early next year, shows we are already setting new high standards for the series.’
