The finest chefs from all over Wales came together on Monday 12th December 2011 to launch Relish Wales at The Hardwick, Abergavenny.
An exciting afternoon that saw these culinary talents come together to celebrate their beautiful, hard back recipe book.
Delicious canapés were created by Stephen Terry such as Crispy Gloucester Old Spot Belly Pork and Black Pudding with Apple & Mustard Sauce, Neals Yard Creamery Perroche Goats Cheese and Beetroot Croustades, Black Mountain Smokery Smoked Salmon & Horseradish Crostini and Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Aranchinni and wine was provided by award winning wine supplier Boutinot.
