We are delighted to announce that Relish Scotland has scooped the prize for Best Local Cuisine Book in Scotland at The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2011 and will now compete against other countries to win 'Gourmand Best in the World' in that category.
The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards were founded in 1995 by Edouard Cointreau. Every year, they honour the best food and wine books.
The results will be announced on March 6, 2012 at the annual Awards event. It will take place in Paris at Folies Bergère, the world famous theatre.
